Insurance
We are In-Network with United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna.
If your plan covers acupuncture and you’ve met your deductible we’re happy to file your claims. We also can file claims with the following Medicare supplemental plans when treating low back pain – United Healthcare & Aetna.
We can provide Blue Cross Blue Shield patients with Super Bills which they must submit directly to their insurance company for reimbursement. The cost is $150 per treatment.

If you have not met your deductible, we can file claims toward meeting your deductible for an additional $10.
Credit Card Processing
There is no charge for processing your debit card, HSA card, or personal check. We add a processing fee of 3% for all regular credit cards and 5% for reward cards. There is an extra $3 processing fee: (1) if you use two credit cards at check-out, or (2) your credit card is not present.
